Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with zero-error precision for major retail partners
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through systematic stocking and rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in quarterly physical inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy skills
- Flexible availability to work between 6 AM - 10 PM (schedule customization available)
