Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages to resolve technical issues and answer product-related questions.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM systems to maintain high data integrity standards.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior support staff promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of all customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development team to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be self-disciplined and able to work independently without direct supervision.
