Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory management and order fulfillment operations during night shifts
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions
- Document operational activities and equipment maintenance in digital systems
- Respond proactively to urgent operational requests during off-peak hours
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or healthcare support roles
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours

- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island facility
- Availability to work 3-5 night shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
