Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist in the training of new support staff members.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
