Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and staff at all times.
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor new hires to uphold company standards and culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A valid driverās license and reliable transportation are preferred.
