Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide a welcoming atmosphere for all customers, answering questions and guiding them to products effectively.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and organizing stockrooms.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure customer retention.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a strong plus but not mandatory for immediate hire.
