Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle cash handling and inventory management duties with precision.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
