Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Process daily shipments and maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Uphend 5S standards for workspace organization and cleanliness
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
