Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and dollies.
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to residential and commercial addresses.
- Practice defensive driving techniques and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Accurately log delivery times, mileage, and incidents using handheld GPS devices.
- Resolve minor customer issues and report any damaged goods immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or a clean, safe driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on reliability and punctuality.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
