Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to staff via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Configure and maintain desktop environments, including Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage asset inventory and ensure all hardware is properly tracked and updated.
- Assist in the implementation of new software deployments and system patches.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure optimal server performance and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus but not required.
