Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, including operating systems, peripherals, and network connections to ensure optimal performance.
- Install, configure, and update software applications for users across the organization.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system to maintain a knowledge base for the team.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all company security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or a related IT field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical problems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
