Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting and Wi-Fi configuration.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions in the helpdesk database.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement software updates and security patches.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on new software applications and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
