Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during assigned shift (evening/overnight)
- Manage team of 8-12 hourly staff, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Resolve operational issues and maintain efficient workflow
- Train new team members on equipment and procedures
- Generate shift reports and communicate with day-shift supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
