Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label packages accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment to verify incoming and outgoing stock.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
