Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming merchandise
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass background check and drug screening
