Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to customers
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Proficiency in using warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS software)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
