Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control procedures
- Assist in receiving shipments and verifying order completeness
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
