Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
