Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and market trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging regulatory and ethical frameworks in emerging technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, synthetic biology)
- Strong portfolio of implemented innovation initiatives with measurable impact
