Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech-driven industries
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
- Demonstrated success in securing $1M+ budgets for innovation initiatives
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
