- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics including carbon neutrality and ethical AI deployment
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and policy think tanks to shape industry standards
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and exponential technology adoption
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years focused on future-state planning (2025-2030)
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling global initiatives with $500M+ budgets across 3+ continents
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent advanced degree
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of speculative technologies
- Deep network with DARPA, EU Horizon, or national innovation program stakeholders
