Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design robust, scalable system architectures that align with the company's long-term strategic goals and the anticipated technological shifts of 2026.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the transition of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures, ensuring data integrity and seamless interoperability.
- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core business workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (such as quantum computing readiness) and assessing their potential impact.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints and innovative solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks, implementing proactive measures to ensure system stability and security.
- Talent Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior architects and engineers in best practices for future-proofing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Technical Leadership roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and successfully executing them in a dynamic market environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and distributed systems.
- Future-Readiness: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, edge computing, and the early-stage implications of quantum computing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar are highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
