Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, specifically focusing on 2026 scalability requirements and emerging model architectures.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput inference and training workloads.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into novel AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal AI, and Edge AI deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to global data privacy standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
