Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure architectures that align with 2026 technological standards, focusing on high availability and fault tolerance.
- GenAI Integration: Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models and Generative AI agents into our enterprise ecosystem.
- Cloud Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of workloads to cloud-native environments, ensuring cost-efficiency and performance.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols and ensure full compliance with emerging data privacy regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and define coding standards and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS or Azure.
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated experience with or a strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Edge Computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
