Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product development, market expansion, and technological innovation
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic thought leaders
- Drive scenario planning for geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and disruptive market forces
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation with proven 2020+ vision
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Expertise in predictive modeling, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends and their business implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives (>2 case studies required)
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFM, CFP) or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in strategic tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Gartner Magic Quadrant, TrendHunter)
