Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Quantify market opportunities and competitive threats through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with clear ROI projections
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership and acquisition opportunities
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateTomorrow as a future-ready organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Business, Technology, or Futurism (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and market forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in tech-driven environments
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies highly desirable
