- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps aligning innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to generate and validate future scenarios and contingency plans
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to anticipate industry disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize technology investments and innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched since 2020
