Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation initiatives through rapid prototyping and market testing
- Establish KPIs for strategic initiatives and monitor progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or consulting with proven impact on future-focused projects
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Track record of launching successful products/ventures
- Certification in strategic planning or innovation management preferred
