Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-vision priorities
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight software platforms
