- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Author visionary thought leadership pieces for industry publications and executive briefings
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Integrate ethical foresight principles into all strategic planning processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
