Responsibilities
- Lead development of comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable growth and competitive differentiation
- Partner with R&D teams to align future technologies with commercial objectives
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build cross-functional coalitions to execute strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Business, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in future planning, innovation management, or foresight methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong understanding of ESG principles and sustainable business practices
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
