- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-forward strategies into core business operations
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation portfolio success

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year transformation strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) and their business applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategic Foresight (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
