Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, resilient systems for autonomous AI agents and quantum computing integration.
- Lead the technical strategy for the transition to post-silicon computing paradigms.
- Define and enforce architectural standards for security, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Neural Interfaces) to validate feasibility.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical, deployable engineering solutions.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack architecture, with at least 5 years in leading high-level technical strategy.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Distributed Systems.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced edge computing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical AI principles (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
