- Architect decentralized data frameworks compliant with future global regulatory standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-human symbiotic interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Develop resilience blueprints for critical infrastructure against climate disruption scenarios
- Create ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and international stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and AI integration
- Proven experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP and CISSP/CCSP
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale system implementations
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
