Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for next-gen AI and quantum computing environments.
- Lead Innovation Sprints: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on predictive maintenance and autonomous decision-making algorithms.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Implement advanced machine learning models to enhance data processing speeds and accuracy.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Develop frameworks to ensure AI systems remain unbiased, transparent, and safe for global deployment.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with UX designers, engineers, and product managers to translate futuristic concepts into user-centric features.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (2026 Visionary Track preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in system architecture, cloud computing, or AI development.
