- Ensure data sovereignty, security, and compliance in all future-facing infrastructure projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in cloud-native frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
