Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying critical emerging tech trends such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI deployment.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling quantum-scale data processing.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven automation into legacy infrastructures, ensuring zero downtime during transitions.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Establish security protocols for decentralized web3 and blockchain integrations.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on adopting futuristic coding paradigms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Go with a portfolio demonstrating complex distributed systems.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) or a demonstrated ability to design for Q-von hardware.
- Strong understanding of Neural Networks and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning for enterprise use.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability and sustainability.
