Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive technology strategy ensuring readiness for the 2026 digital landscape, including AI agents and quantum migration.
- AI Infrastructure Leadership: Architect and oversee the deployment of advanced Generative AI models to drive automation and intelligent decision-making.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the research and integration of quantum computing protocols for complex data processing and cryptographic security.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends to drive product differentiation and market leadership.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performance engineering and R&D team culture.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks that protect our digital assets against future threats.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: Minimum 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 3 years as a CTO or equivalent.
- Future Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Quantum Computing architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of transforming technical roadmaps into tangible business growth engines.
- Cloud Mastery: Expert proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders and board members.
