Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) to integrate into our core architecture.
- System Design: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives and pilot programs for experimental technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and fostering a collaborative engineering environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all 2026 architectural initiatives adhere to strict global security and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Serverless computing.
- Innovation: Proven track record of implementing futuristic technologies and driving digital transformation.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
