Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person at our Los Angeles headquarters.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Manage and track IT support tickets in the helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in the deployment of new devices and systems for incoming staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure IT workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
