Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Manage and update IT helpdesk ticketing systems accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics and resolve connectivity issues.
- Document technical procedures and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
