Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of high-performance systems for the Year 2026 technology roadmap.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure system scalability and long-term viability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML paradigms and their application in enterprise environments.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects in futuristic or emerging tech sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
