Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen AI and quantum computing applications targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to prototype breakthrough technologies
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through innovative grant proposals and partnerships
- Establish industry-first standards for ethical AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Present findings at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES
- Mentor emerging talent through QuantumLeap's Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of delivering at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neural architecture search, or federated learning
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE) within the last 3 years
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants or DARPA contracts
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
