Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement future-proof solutions
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in cutting-edge development methodologies
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual innovation budgets
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching commercialized AI/quantum products
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Proficiency in future tech simulation tools (Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Strong network with DARPA/NASA innovation ecosystems
