Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year tech roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen autonomous systems and predictive analytics platforms
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Partner with VPs of Engineering to integrate future-tech solutions into core products
- Establish strategic alliances with quantum computing startups and academic research labs
- Mentor innovation teams on rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Present future-tech blueprints to C-suite and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Strong background in predictive modeling and autonomous systems architecture
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for future-tech initiatives
- Certifications in quantum computing (e.g., IBM Qiskit) or advanced AI (e.g., DeepLearning.AI)
