- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 market transformations
- Lead strategic foresight workshops with Fortune 500 executives
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Design innovation roadmaps for product development teams
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-cultural impacts on technological adoption
- Build quantitative models for future market disruption forecasting
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research on future-of-work or digital transformation trends
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
