Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architectures that support rapid growth and complex data processing needs.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with product management and engineering to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities in the roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, and modern programming languages.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and implement emerging technologies before they become mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
