Qualifications

- Experience with fairness/interpretability tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation preferred
