Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype and scale innovative solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for AI/ML deployment and autonomous systems
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors to secure funding and buy-in
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and advocate for policies that foster innovation while ensuring public safety
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (e.g., CTO, CIO, or similar)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
