Responsibilities
- Architect the technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, aligning emerging innovations with core business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team in developing autonomous agents and next-gen machine learning models.
- Evaluate and integrate disruptive technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing) into existing product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and long-term system scalability.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical trends into actionable business strategies.
- Drive the research and development of sustainable tech solutions that minimize carbon footprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Architecture, or Future Tech Strategy.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical vision in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++ with experience in distributed systems.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks governing AI and future data standards.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
